Hezhou Entertainment Co, Limited ("we", "us", or "our") operates Moonparlor and is responsible for the personal data described in this Privacy Policy.

Moonparlor uses account, wallet, message, review, and diary data to provide the service, keep people safe, support customer care, and meet legal obligations. To give advisors the context needed to serve you, your conversations and tarot draw records are visible to advisors across the platform.

Users can contact support from within the app. Public content and reviews may be moderated before display.

Account Deletion Policy

Coins are forfeited. Orders and payment records are retained where required by law. Chats are closed and published reviews may be anonymized for compliance. Deleting a diary entry or executing account deletion removes author access, while retaining the diary record, content, mood, weather, timestamps and original ownership. Platform admins can still read these entries; other users and advisors cannot. Diaries never appear in public feeds or search. Entries cannot be edited or restored, and no diary retention deadline is set.
