Terms of Service

Version 2026-09-07 · Applies to the Moonparlor iOS app.

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Hezhou Entertainment Co, Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), the company that operates Moonparlor.

By creating an account you agree to use Moonparlor lawfully, to keep your credentials safe, and to pay for paid chat sessions with coins purchased in the app. Coins are a prepaid balance for advisor services, are non-transferable, and are consumed per minute while a paid session runs. We may suspend accounts that violate the Community Guidelines.

Coins are sold only through Apple's in-app purchase and never expire. Advisor conversations are for personal guidance and entertainment; they do not replace licensed medical, legal, financial, psychological, or emergency services. Moonparlor is for ages 18 and over.
